FreeToolkit provides a suite of free online utility tools including PDF processing (compression, merging, splitting, conversion), image editing (compression, resizing, format conversion, background removal), text utilities (word counting, case conversion), developer tools (JSON formatting, Base64 encoding/decoding, JWT decoding, regex testing), and various calculators (EMI, SIP, GST, BMI, Loan, Discount, Percentage, Age, Currency).

3. Permitted & Acceptable Use

You agree to use FreeToolkit solely for lawful, personal, and/or legitimate business purposes. You may not:

  • Upload, process, or distribute material that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the platform's source code, APIs, or WebAssembly modules.
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to overload or abuse the service.
  • Circumvent any rate limiting, security measures, or authentication controls.

4. User Content & Intellectual Property

FreeToolkit processes your files strictly as a transient utility service:

  • We claim zero ownership or licensing rights over user-submitted data.
  • We do not inspect, index, sell, or create persistent archival copies of your uploaded documents.
  • You represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary licenses and permissions for any content you upload and process.

5. Pro Subscription & Billing (Where Applicable)

FreeToolkit offers optional Pro subscription tiers providing expanded file upload thresholds (up to 500MB) and priority processing. All subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

FreeToolkit is provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. We expressly disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

While we implement robust conversion and calculation engines, we do not guarantee that:

  • The service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or completely error-free.
  • The results obtained from file conversions or data compression will meet your exact requirements in all edge cases.
  • Any calculation or conversion errors will be corrected immediately.

7. Financial, Legal & Health Calculators Disclaimer

All financial calculators (such as EMI, GST, SIP, Loan, and Discount calculators) and health tools (such as BMI and Age calculators) are provided solely for general educational, estimation, and illustrative purposes.
